We collect little, keep it carefully, and never sell it. Here is exactly what this site gathers and why.
Curator Index is a brand operated by Nikky Lewis, a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE #02382819). Real estate services are provided through Rodeo Realty, Inc., California DRE #00951359, 202 N Canon Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
This notice explains what information curatorindex.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you send us. When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, and message. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the referring site, general location at the country level, and device and browser type. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. When you arrive by scanning the QR code on one of our mailings, we record the edition number of that mailing so we can see how many visits it brought in and which pages those visitors went on to read. The code identifies the mailing, not you or your address. Your browser keeps that edition number only until you close the tab.
If you send an enquiry during a visit that began from a mailing, your message notes which mailing it came from.
Our printed mailings are addressed using publicly available property ownership records. If you would rather not receive them, email [email protected] with the property address and we will remove it from future mailings.
We use the information you send to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about. We use analytics only in aggregate, to improve the site and to measure our outreach.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run this site (Vercel, which hosts it, and Formspree, which delivers form messages), with Rodeo Realty, Inc. where needed for brokerage recordkeeping, and where the law requires.
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to meet the recordkeeping obligations of a real estate licensee. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form by Vercel.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
